All-inclusive package

Cady Acres offers just one option—the everything-we've-got package. We dedicate the entire weekend to your wedding, so you're not rushed because of another event the following day. Enjoy time with family and friends as you celebrate your rehearsal and day-of event on our grounds in whichever way suits your wedding party. Plus, our staff are on-hand all weekend to make your event fun and stress-free.

Your wedding weekend looks like:

Friday

  • Friday available noon-9pm
  • Decorate — and help yourself to any of our props at no charge
  • We provide tables and chairs—and we set them up for you
  • Rehearsal
  • Use the space for your rehearsal dinner

Saturday

  • Outdoor ceremony
  • Indoor space available if the weather acts up
  • Barn reception
  • All day Saturday use of grounds until 11:30pm
  • Bring in your own alcohol; we provide two keg taps
    Plus, we’ll be your bartenders!
  • Dressing Suite: an air-conditioned, farmhouse-style space for pampering the wedding party
  • Grain Bin: a refurbished, vintage grain bin where the wedding party can relax or prepare
  • Patio: a lighted outdoor gathering space with comfortable furniture and a fire pit
  • 6-stall luxury bathroom trailer (new!)

sunday

  • Sunday morning available for retrieval of items
  • Leave the cleanup to us!

What if we have more than 250 guests?
Don't worry! We can accommodate up to 400 guests! Our machine shed offers an alternative reception location at 50 guest intervals (each +$700).
Can I change my plan later?
Of course! If you need to increase your guest count, we can do so at increments of 50 guests—we will need advanced notice and additional payment before finalizing that plan. Let us know! We are here to serve you.
Can we visit again after booking?
Please do! Come back to see it with your family or maid of honor or to just get a look again and get ideas. 
Do we need to hire security?
No. Being owners and us serving as your bartenders, this has acted as a great security blanket.
Do we need to hire bartenders?
Nope! We are included in the package. 
Other requirements?
Day of event insurance. Either through a wedding insurance group (wedsafe.com) or look into your home owners insurance company. 
What else do you recommend?
While it isn't required, we highly recommend you secure a beer trailer for your event. It makes your bar service much more efficient!
How do we reserve?
Contact us about securing your weekend. You'll need half down plus a $400 damage deposit. We also require a signed contract.
